J. Eric Eckberg

As Founder and President, Eric brings a wealth of leadership experience in building and community development to JEhome. Prior to founding JEhome, Eric lead the strategic planning and positioning for six national homebuilding and development companies operating in the Denver area, holding positions as President, Division President and Senior Vice President. Eric was instrumental in four successful mergers and acquisitions of large homebuilders in the area. He originated two purchases, and positioned two for sale. Over 5,000 homes in communities along the Colorado Front Range have been built under Eric’s leadership .

Eric is an alumni of the University of Denver where he majored in Real Estate and Construction Management. He has served on the Board for HomeAid Colorado for over 15 years, 2002 - 2018, and was President for two of the years. JEhome is a member of the Denver Metro Homebuilders Association, and the Denver Metro HBA named Eric 2014 Builder of the Year.
